Hospitality Indiana is pleased to announce the launch of the 2026 Indianapolis/Central Indiana Hotel Wage Survey.
As labor markets continue to evolve, access to reliable compensation and benefits data is more important than ever. This survey is designed to provide participating hotels with valuable benchmarking information on wages, salaries, staffing trends, and key operational positions across the Central Indiana hospitality market.
The aggregated results will help hotel operators:

Benchmark compensation against comparable properties

Support recruitment and retention strategies

Evaluate staffing trends and workforce challenges

Make informed budgeting and operational decisions
All submitted information will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate form. No individual property data will be identified or shared.
Importantly, the final survey results will be provided at no cost exclusively to properties that complete the survey. The report will not be distributed publicly or shared with non-participating hotels.
We strongly encourage participation from hotels of all sizes and segments throughout the Indianapolis and Central Indiana region to ensure the survey results are as comprehensive and valuable as possible.
There are two components to this survey. First is the attached excel sheet to fill in wage information by occupation, second is the benefits survey with additional information to complete.
Note, we understand titles may vary and that not all job positions may apply to your property. Please complete to your discretion. Once completed, please send the completed sheet to solivero@tammcapitalgroup.com.
The survey will remain open through Friday, June 5, with final results expected to be distributed to participating properties by July 1 for budgeting season.
