Help Purdue Research the Impact of Food Delivery Platforms
Hospitality Indiana is happy to share the opportunity to participate with researchers at Purdue University on a study examining how mobile food ordering platforms are impacting restaurants across Indiana.
Whether your restaurant uses services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or other third-party delivery platforms—or doesn't use them at all—your perspective is valuable. Researchers are seeking input from restaurant owners and managers to better understand the opportunities and challenges operators are facing today.
Participants will take part in a confidential Zoom interview lasting up to 60 minutes. As a thank-you for their time, all participants will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.
Interviews begin the week of July 13, and the research team will work around your schedule.
